                   A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF
                   CHANGE ORDER NO. 1, RELATIVE TO THE SUMMIT
                   LANDFILL GAS RECOVERY PROJECT, WITH WASTE
                   ENERGY TECHNOLOGY, INC., WHICH CHANGE ORDER
                   WILL INCREASE THE CONTRACT AMOUNT BY
                   SEVENTEEN THOUSAND, THREE HUNDRED AND NO/100
                   DOLLARS ($17,300.00), FOR A FINAL CONTRACT
                   AMOUNT OF SEVEN HUNDRED FIFTY-FIVE THOUSAND,
                   SEVENTY-NINE AND NO/100 DOLLARS

       	    	 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
       CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, That there be and is hereby authorized 
the
       execution of Change Order No. 1, relative to the Summit Landfill
       Gas Recovery Project, with Waste Energy Technology, Inc., which
       change order will increase the contract amount by $17,300.00, for 

       a final contract amount of $755,079.00.
